Myofascial Release (MFR)

What is myofascial release (MFR)?

Hands-on, non-invasive technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure on the fascia (connective tissue that covers all the muscles, nerves, bones, blood vessels and organs in the body) relieving tissue restrictions eliminating pain and restoring motion resulting in softer more pliable and elongated tissue.
